SHIPPING

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is prepared, it will arrive within 2-4 business days to all 50 states. We use USPS Priority Insured Mail for all orders, and insurance is based on the value of the piece(s) that we will be shipping to you. Expedited service is available for an extra fee and is the quickest shipping method available.

PRIORITY MAIL:

EXPRESS RATE (FASTEST WAY):

STORE PICK-UP:

If you are local, we offer in store pick-up, where you can pick up your purchase from the CMD shop during our regular business hours. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order. Once we receive your order, we will email you the date that your purchase will be ready for pick up. You can pick up your order anytime after the assigned date — at your leisure! We are located at 1406-B Valencia Street in San Francisco. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am-7pm. Note: during the holiday season we plan to have extended hours so please stay tuned! 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

CMD ships internationally via USPS Priority Mail. Please note: import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

 

REFUND POLICY

We want you to absolutely LOVE your new CMD jewelry. Each piece is carefully handcrafted, and we take pride in each and every item.

If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from Colleen Mauer Designs, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit.

Please keep in mind the following as you make your return/exchange: 

The piece must remain unworn and in the original packaging and show no signs of wear.

We only accept returns and exchanges for purchases made online from our website, or in person from our Valencia Street shop. Items must be unworn and with their original packaging and in perfect condition when returned or exchanged. We recommend that items be returned via a trackable mailing service, such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, and insured for their full value. Shipping charges are not credited and return shipping will be paid by the customer. CMD will not be responsible for lost or stolen returns/exchanges.

To return or exchange an item, please let us know by sending a note  through our contact form, or calling/texting us at +1(415) 637.7762 so we know to expect your returned package. Once authorized, please mail returns/exchanges to:

Upon receipt, you will be notified via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our shop, plus 7-12 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Store credit will be issued as a gift certificate that you can use online or in person at our Valencia Street location.

Special Notes: 

  • Products purchased through other CMD retailers must be returned or exchanged to the original retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.
  • If you have received CMD jewelry as a gift, you may exchange it within 14 days of receipt for store credit.The piece must be unworn, in the original packaging, and show no signs of wear.
  • If you want to return a piece of CMD jewelry you received as a gift, the person who paid for the piece must be present in order to receive a refund. The piece must remain unworn and in the original packaging and show no signs of wear. 
  • To ease the stress of holiday shopping, any purchase made between November 16, 2019 and December 24, 2019 may be returned or exchanged by Sunday, January 12, 2020. The holiday return and exchange policy is the same as our normal return and exchange policy.
  • All sample sale items are final. Please, no exceptions.
  • All custom pieces are final. Please, no exceptions. Of course, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
  • All international orders are final sale.
  • If you purchase a piece online and would like to return or exchange it in our Valencia Street shop, you are welcome to do so. The piece must be unworn, in the original packaging, and show no signs of wear.
