We use USPS Priority Insured Mail for all orders, and insurance is based on the value of the piece(s) that we will be shipping to you. If you are local, we offer in store pick-up, where you can pick up your purchase from the CMD shop during our regular business hours. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order. Once we receive your order, we will email you the date that your purchase will be ready for pick up. You can pick up your order anytime after the assigned date — at your leisure! We are located at 1406-B Valencia Street in San Francisco. We are now open Monday through Saturday 11am to 7pm, and on Sunday 11am to 6pm. Note: Hours may change during the holiday season.
CMD ships internationally via USPS Priority Mail. Please note: import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from Colleen Mauer Designs, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit.

We only accept returns and exchanges for purchases made online from our website, or in person from our Valencia Street shop. Items must be unworn and with their original packaging and in perfect condition when returned or exchanged. We recommend that items be returned via a trackable mailing service, such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, and insured for their full value. Shipping charges are not credited and return shipping will be paid by the customer. CMD will not be responsible for lost or stolen returns/exchanges.

Upon receipt, you will be notified via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our shop, plus 7-12 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Store credit will be issued as a gift certificate that you can use online or in person at our Valencia Street location.
