A Little Gift for Our New Followers… We Want to Get You Stacking!

Our Instagram account has blown up in the last few weeks. Last I checked there were over 15k more of you! So if you're new here, I'm so happy to welcome you with open arms. Whether you stumbled upon us through one of our stacking videos, a Reconstruction story, or someone wearing a ring stack you couldn't stop thinking about, I am absolutely buzzing. It's always wonderful to see new people finding this little sparkly corner of the internet where we spend an unusual amount of time talking about jewelry, personal style, and the stories our pieces carry.

If you stick around for a while, you'll probably notice one thing pretty quickly: we love ring stacks aka CMD Armor. Not because bigger is always better, but because they become part of your everyday routine, part of your body language, and eventually part of how people recognize you. That's always been the goal.

The Story Behind My Pinky Stack

One of the questions I get asked more than almost anything else is about the little square stack I wear on my pinky. Colleen's Pinky Stack started as something I made for myself, but after enough people asked where they could find it, we eventually turned it into an official CMD design. Since then, it has become one of our most-loved hunks of metal.

Although I wear mine on my pinky (stack until you can’t bend, baby!), plenty of people wear it on a middle finger or incorporate it into larger ring stacks. Somehow it manages to feel bold without being overwhelming, and modern while still remaining timeless. It just works, no matter how you style it.

One of the philosophies that's always guided CMD is that jewelry shouldn't spend most of its life waiting inside a jewelry box for special occasions. The pieces I reach for every single day are the ones you reach for without thinking, the ones that become part of your routine, and the ones that somehow end up in every photograph because you never take them off.

My hope is that years from now you'll look down at your hands and see a collection that tells the story of your life one ring at a time. If this little flash sale happens to be the beginning of that story, or the next chapter of it, I couldn't be happier.
