Our Product Development & Production Guru, Sam joined the CMD Team over three and a half years ago. She came onboard with no jewelry production experience, but you'd never know it. She's one of the hardest workers and quickest learners I know, and she quickly became a huge rockstar at CMD. Sam's positivity as well as her incredible eye and hand for details makes her such a natural fit for the team, and you'd likely guess that she'd been jewelry-making all her life.

We're so lucky that Sam is able to work from her home production studio just outside of Ithaca, New York during the quarantine period. Read about CMD Outpost #3 here, and get an inside look at her personal studio!

Right now, our team is a bit smaller than usual. In addition to regularly working with me on new product development, Sam's handling ALL of the production AND shipping that normally takes place in our main Ithaca studio. She's amazing!
