WHOLESALER ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS:

In order to purchase Colleen Mauer’s handmade jewelry for resale, you must meet our order minimums and have a physical retail storefront or website that is currently live with customer service policies posted online. In addition to the previous requirements, other considerations may apply. If you have any questions, please feel free to send us a note.

To apply for a wholesale account, email us at sales@colleenmauerdesigns.com. Please enter ‘wholesale inquiry’ as the subject line. Please include your company’s social media handles and website address. Our team will review your information and provide you with further instruction to place your first order. We are very excited to hear from you!

We do review and verify all information that is provided. Please be advised that it is illegal to supply misleading, false or fraudulent information for the purpose of obtaining discounted purchases.

FOR EXISTING WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS:

Please note the following updates to our wholesale ordering policies for current accounts:

We are now requiring a 12-piece minimum on all wholesale orders. To clarify, this is 12 different SKUs, not total number of pieces.
For all special orders (this includes earring replacements, special ring or bracelets sizes and any one-offs), we are requiring a 6-piece re-order minimum. If you don’t have that many special orders to send in at once (we understand), you can just purchase a few additional pieces we ask that you add a few extra items, or hold your order until you have enough special requests to get you to the 6 piece re-order minimum.
We no longer offer repairs through our wholesalers outlets. If your customer needs a CMD piece repaired, please have them contact us directly by emailing showroom@colleenmauerdesigns.com.

Need fill-in? To make your life easy, use the wishlist feature on our website to draft your next order. Login to the site if you already have an account, or create one if you haven’t yet. Simply click the heart next to items that you like and it will save to your wishlist. Once you’ve added everything you want, let me know and we can create an estimate for you based off of your list. If you opt not to use our wishlist feature, please be sure to note the SKU of items you include in your order, rather than product titles or descriptions. If you’re unsure of a SKU, you can find them below the description within any product listing across the site.
