1 serving Hot Chocolate - use your favorite packet or the homemade recipe below!
Whipped cream and cinnamon sticks (optional)
Instructions:
Pour 1 serving of hot chocolate into your favorite mug. Add mezcal, then top with whipped cream and freshly grated cinnamon. Enjoy!

Homemade Hot Chocolate Ingredients:
4 cups milk (preferably whole or 2%, non-dairy if preferred) ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ cup sugar ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips ¼ tsp vanilla extract Small pinch of salt
Instructions:
Place milk, cocoa powder and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium/medium-low heat, whisking frequently, until warm (but not boiling). Add Chocolate chips and whisk constantly until the chips melt and distribute evenly into the milk. Whisk in vanilla extract and pinch of salt. Serve immediately.
