Fresh off the heels of NY NOW, we are thrilled to introduce a brand new collection to the Colleen Mauer Designs family. (If you follow us on Instagram or Facebook you may have already seen a few snaps—we’ve been so excited to share them with all of you.) Debuted at the east coast show last week, our rose gold pieces received a warm and enthusiastic welcome from trade show buyers and customers alike. They’re now available to everyone in the showroom and online. To see them with rosé in hand, please join us at our San Francisco launch party on February 12.
The Rose Gold collection is a soft, breezy line that pairs perfectly with our other materials. While its gorgeous matte finish is lovely on its own, styling it with the other four metals (silver, gold and oxidized silver) breaks up the color for a bolder statement. Romantic rose gold lends itself to love, and if you’re searching for a handmade, local gift we have a few recommendations. The delicate 3-loop necto bangles or two-toned virga post earrings make for a unique, thoughtful surprise, while a mixed-metal square densa ring stack lets her wear and style individual pieces however she chooses. Are you gifting your Valentine a CMD piece this year? We’d love to hear about it in the comments below.

Probably a little bit of fearless chaos, too. International Women’s Day is about honoring the journey — the girlhood, the awkward [...]
Lately, I’ve been reflecting on some of my favorite custom projects — the kind where memory, metal and meaning all collide. From heirloom diamonds and recycled gold to entirely bespoke wedding bands, these are the stories that remind me why I feel so called to this work... If you’ve been holding onto diamonds, want to recycle metal for [...]
When LP Giobbi asked me backstage at the Fox Theatre if I would design her and Chad’s wedding bands, I was absolutely floored. Floored in the “hold it together, Colleen” kind of way. Internally, I was doing cartwheels. If you’ve been here a while, you know that LP and I first connected through music and mutual admiration. What began as a soul-recognition [...]
