What I’m Saying Yes to in 2026

What I’m Saying Yes to in 2026

What I’m Saying Yes to in 2026

January always asks us to pause — even if just briefly — and take stock. I’ve never been one for loud resolutions or rigid, all-or-nothing goal lists. Instead, I like to think about how I want the year to feel… and what I want to invest in, both tangibly and otherwise. For me, 2026 is about intention over urgency and choosing quality over quantity. I’m also being super conscious to carve out space and time — in my daily routines, my work flow and schedule, and surrounding myself with things and people that feel aligned.

That’s something I think about often when I’m designing rings and stacks in the CMD collection. A stack is so much more than how they all work together (though I do love that part). It’s about layers of commitment and meaning. Rings may be small, but they’re utterly powerful. A ring can become an extension of your body as a precious adornment. They quietly mark time, tell little stories and celebrate milestones. Building a stack slowly, thoughtfully, is a lot like crafting the most fulfilling and beautiful life possible..

This time of year is also when many of us reassess how we spend our energy, our attention, even our money. I truly believe that purchasing well-made, thoughtfully designed pieces is also an investment in yourself. CMD jewelry is meant to last and grow with you. They are treasures that don’t need to be replaced every season because they were made with care, intention, and craft from the start.

Reminder: You’ve Got ‘Bucks to Spend!

As we settle into the rhythm of the new year, I also wanted to remind you about our $26 CMD Bucks for 2026 promo. Through January 31st, apply code 26FOR26 for $26 off orders of $100+ — a little nudge toward choosing something meaningful, adding to your stack, or finally saying YES to a piece you’ve had your eye on. Think of it as a thank-you (and a welcome) from me and the team as we step into the year ahead together.

Plus, Last Open Hours Before My Upcoming Travels

I also wanted to personally invite you to join me this Saturday, January 17th, from 11am–4pm, for Open Hoursat The CMD Shop in Asbury Park. These will be my last Open Hours before some upcoming travels (more on that soon — stay tuned!). If you’ve been wanting to try on stacks in person, talk through a custom idea, or simply spend a little time in the studio surrounded by shiny things and good energy, I’d absolutely love to see you..

There’s something grounding about starting the year in community — talking, stacking, dreaming up things together. Whether you’re setting big goals, gentle intentions, or simply finding your footing again, know that you don’t have to do it all at once. One thoughtful choice at a time is enough.

Here’s to building a year — and a stack — that truly supports you.

With gratitude,
Colleen ✨

I wish more happily married women knew that redesigning their original wedding ring isn’t disloyal. Sometimes, it’s simply overdue! Cara and Cor have been married for well over twenty years. The kind of couple that instantly makes you smile. They are deeply connected, effortlessly funny, incredibly cool without [...]

The Colleen Pinky Stack started because people wouldn't stop asking me the same question: "What's that?" (pointing to my pinky set). Originally part of my own everyday stack, the design became such a customer favorite that we turned it into a permanent member of the CMD fam. And it's been one of our best [...]
