Aries Ring

The Aries Ring is a small but mighty piece of everyday armor, inspired by the courage, momentum and independent spirit of the first sign of the zodiac. Ruled by Mars and symbolized by the Ram, Aries is associated with beginnings, action and the instinct to forge ahead. As an Aries myself, I know that energy well. It has certainly played a role in my own story as a designer and entrepreneur, from starting CMD when I was young to continuing to move forward through more than two decades of change.

The design translates that energy into a slender 2.5mm sterling silver band with a carved monotone channel and a single flush-set diamond. I love the sense of direction created by the channel and the tiny point of light set directly into it. The result is minimal and strong, with just enough sparkle to make itself known. The Aries Ring is available in CMD's signature round and square shapes in sizes 4.5–13.0, including half sizes. It features a 2.5mm sterling silver band with a carved monotone channel and one 1.0mm lab-created diamond. Materials: Sterling silver (.925) and lab-created diamond. All materials are hypoallergenic. This ring was designed in Asbury Park and is handmade in our Upstate New York production studio.
