One collection leads to another, each with its own inspiration, identity, and story. The Collection Archives revisits selected chapters of CMD's design history, bringing together the jewelry and ideas that shaped them.
Born from my desire to challenge the boundaries of working with different metals, the Gradient Collection brings together soft matte sterling silver and shiny gold in a seamless, romantic combination. Versatile and easy to wear, these designs became an important foundation for CMD's evolving design aesthetic.
Bold contrasts and an edgier take on mixed metals define the Black & Gold Collection. Pairing dark, oxidized sterling silver with warm, shiny gold-fill, these designs brought a striking new dimension to CMD's signature aesthetic. Now discontinued, the collection remains a distinctive chapter in CMD's design history.
Inspired by architectural lines and metropolitan skylines, the Forth Collection explores the contrast between sharp geometric angles and softer, more delicate forms. Featuring all four of CMD's signature metals, sterling silver, oxidized silver, yellow gold-fill, and rose gold-fill, the collection brings together bold geometry and mixed-metal versatility, with expanded designs building on the original concept.
The Linear Collection is an exploration of soft lines, organic shapes, and the beauty of repetition. Delicate, interlocking links in sterling silver, yellow gold-fill, and rose gold-fill create a sense of movement and balance, with subtle variations in shape and size. Feminine and understated, these designs bring together simplicity and thoughtful details for jewelry that's easy to wear, layer, and make your own.
The Black & White Collection began as an experiment in contrast, pairing the brilliance of lab-grown diamonds with dark, oxidized silver. Set within hand-carved channels against softly finished sterling silver, these delicate details create a striking balance of light, texture, and understated drama.
A return to where it all began. The Full Circle Collection revisits some of my earliest designs from my San Francisco days, reimagined with a fresh perspective following my move across the country to Asbury Park in 2020. Familiar shapes and original ideas find new life, refined to reflect CMD's evolving aesthetic in a collection that celebrates where I've been and how far my creative journey has come.
The Hand Project brought together nine everyday people from Asbury Park to celebrate community and individuality and personal style. Featuring twelve new designs, the collection explores the many ways jewelry becomes part of who we are, with each person bringing their own personality and perspective to the pieces they wear.
Inspired by late nights spent looking up at the sky, The Celestial Collection brings astrology, constellations, and cosmic forms into the world of CMD. What began with sculptural hoops has grown to include my complete Zodiac Series, with designs that celebrate the unique character of each sign. From subtle celestial details to meaningful personal symbols, these pieces bring a little of the universe into your everyday jewelry.
Design Lab is where I give myself and my team room to experiment, challenge familiar ideas, and see where new techniques take us. From architectural connections and hand-carved details to sculptural objects, each chapter explores a different approach to shape, materials, and construction. It's an ongoing exploration of what's possible when we push beyond traditional jewelry design.
Created in collaboration with musician LP Giobbi for her The Way Back Home tour, this collection celebrates individuality, confidence, and creative expression. Featuring bold, handcrafted rings designed to be worn as everyday armor, each piece reflects the energy and spirit of LP's music. Made to stand out, these designs are all about expressing who you are and making them your own.
Small symbols, personal meaning. The Petite Symbols Collection brings together delicate designs inspired by connection, individuality, and the things we hold close. From infinity symbols to personalized rings and necklaces, each piece offers a simple way to carry something meaningful with you. Understated and easy to wear, these little reminders can tell your story or become a thoughtful gift for someone you love.
A celebration of the people who make us who we are. The Kith & Kin Collection features six interconnected designs inspired by friendship, family, and the bonds that hold us together. Combining sterling silver and gold-fill, each piece represents connection through its linked forms. Created during a time of change and uncertainty, this collection is a tribute to the people who show up, lift us up, and remind us that we're never really on our own.
Twenty years of making jewelry, building connections, and finding new ways to create. The Big Two-Oh Collection celebrates CMD's twentieth anniversary with designs that revisit familiar shapes through a fresh perspective. Sculptural lines, open construction, and thoughtful details reflect the evolution of my work. It's a celebration of where CMD began, everything that brought us here, and the creative possibilities still ahead.
