Some designs deserve another chance.
Over the years, we've retired some pretty special designs to make room for new ideas, but that doesn't mean we've forgotten about them. Some were longtime favorites, others were part of limited collections, and a few might be pieces you wish you'd bought. We're opening up the CMD Archive and giving you a chance to help bring them back. Take a look through our retired favorites, vote for the ones you'd love to see return, and help us decide what deserves another chance.
The Sequence Earrings pair two open circles with a contrasting matte tube connector for a geometric design with subtle movement. Measuring 2" long by 1" wide, they were offered in two mixed-metal combinations: mostly 14k gold-fill with sterling silver accents, or mostly sterling silver with solid gold accents.
Bold, simple, and made for stacking, this 7mm wide sterling silver band features CMD's signature soft matte finish and clean, sculptural lines. Available in both round and square shapes, its wide profile makes the perfect foundation for a bold everyday ring stack, while looking just as good worn on its own.
Small in scale but full of character, the Portola Disc Pendant Necklace features a sterling silver disc with a single 1.5mm lab-grown diamond and a recessed oxidized line. The 3/8" pendant hangs from an adjustable 18–20" sterling silver chain, bringing together matte texture, a little sparkle, and CMD's signature contrast.
Bold, architectural, and unmistakably CMD, the Dark City Cuff features a 15mm wide sterling silver band with a soft matte finish. Two recessed oxidized lines frame a trio of lab-grown diamonds in descending sizes (2.0mm, 1.5mm, and 1.0mm), creating a striking contrast between clean silver surfaces, dark detailing, and a little sparkle.
Three distinct rings come together in the Reliance Ring Set, a mixed-metal stack inspired by the strength of connection. Featuring sterling silver, 14k gold-fill, and a solid 14k yellow gold inlay, this square-shaped set combines contrasting widths and sculptural profiles for a bold, beautifully balanced look.
A tiny lab-grown diamond sits within a hand-carved, oxidized recess on this 6mm wide matte sterling silver band. The darkened setting creates a striking contrast against the silver, while the clean, sculptural profile is available in CMD's signature round and square shapes.
Three bands, three metals, and three diamonds come together in the Low Tide Ring Set. Featuring 14k yellow gold, 14k rose gold, and sterling silver, this mixed-metal stack pairs different band widths with a diamond in each ring. Originally offered in both round and square shapes, it's a little bit of everything we love about stacking.
