Chain Replacement

Did you break your favorite necklace? CMD can replace your necklace chain for a nominal fee. For a regular (short) length necklace (up to 24") it's $58 to replace a gold chain, $48 to replace a silver chain, and $54 to replace and oxidized (black) chain. For long necklaces (over 24"), we charge an extra $20. If you're unsure of the length of your necklace, send a photo to showroom@colleenmauerdesigns.com. Note, these prices refer to our necklaces in our regular 14k gold-fill collection. If you have a 14k solid gold chain, please contact us and we’ll get you a price quote to fix it. Once you place your order, we'll send you a shipping label to send your broken necklace to the Upstate NY Production Studio for repair.
