When you find the right people and let them do their thing, the results are truly astounding. We’re a small team, so every skill set goes a long way, and we’re grateful for the creativity, curiosity, and strong work ethic that keeps us so tied together. CMD is proud to be woman-owned and operated – from design to delivery, we do it all.
COLLEEN is our Designer and CEO. She’s the face of the company that you likely already know and love! If you’re one of CMD’s OG fans from our San Francisco days, you’ve probably met her in person. If you’re in Asbury Park, NJ she would love to meet you face-to-face now that CMD’s headquarters are on the East Coast. The studio is open by appointment for in person or virtual visits.
SAM is our Production & Product Development Lead. She works from her home studio in Cortland, NY. If you’ve ordered a diamond or solid gold piece, Sam probably made it!
JULIA is a Production Pro & NY Studio Manager. You’d never guess she’s only been jewelry-making for four years since she is a master on the jewelry bench. She also keeps the production studio in Ithaca, NY running smoothly.
JILL is our Shipping Manager and is the latest wonderful addition to our team. She works side by side with Julia in the Upstate NY production studio and helps prepare all the orders. She’ll be picking up more production tasks as she’s trained.
KELSEY is our Website, Marketing & Social Media Lead – and all around CMD rockstar! She relocated to Connecticut from Upstate NY during the pandemic, and now works remotely. She is responsible for our amazing website and IG feed.
JEN is our Customer Service & Sales Specialist. She started in the CMD Studio in SF and now works remotely from Oregon. She helps out with a lot behind the scenes, and is also the friendly voice you hear when you call or email the CMD Showroom.
