It Takes a Village: Introducing the Kith & Kin Collection

Six New Designs Celebrating Connection

In the face of challenge, we’ve been thinking a lot about what holds us together. As a small, independent business — and just as people — we’ve felt the weight of rising costs, uncertainty, and shifting tides. The price of gold has skyrocketed since the beginning of 2024. Supply chains have changed and like many, we’re navigating new terrain. My team and I have banded together and we’re using our resourcefulness and creativity to help guide us through the changes. Trust me when I say, it’s not easy. But through it all, one truth has become clearer than ever:

It takes a village.

The Kith & Kin Collection is a tribute to that truth. This one goes out to all the people who show up and to the ones who stay steady. Extra love to those who listen, who guide, who make space, who remind us of our own brilliance when we lose sight of our own direction. This is a love letter to the quiet heroes of our lives — the family we’re born with but also our chosen family and the ones who link us back to ourselves.

We’re honored to introduce six brand new pieces — each one a reflection of connection, strength, and the invisible bonds that keep us going. These designs are all about links — literal and symbolic. Meant to be worn solo or paired and stacked, given to someone special or kept close as a daily reminder that you’re never alone.

While they arrive just in time for Mother’s Day, these pieces are for everyone. For the mom, the mentor, the steady friend. For you.

Meet the New Designs

I'm not much of a necklace gal myself, but I find myself constantly reaching for the Surface Necklace — it's one of my favorite pieces. That design was actually the catalyst for this entire collection.

The Bésame Ring

A soft, sculptural kiss in metal form. With its inlaid gold channel, this ring is a quiet gesture of love — a reminder of affection in its purest, simplest shape. Wear it as a personal talisman or a token of someone dear.

The Reliance Ring Set

Three rings, one powerful stack. This mixed-metal set celebrates the beauty of interdependence — how separate parts come together to create something stronger, more balanced, and more beautiful than when alone.

The Lore Earrings

A vertical cascade of interlocking links, these earrings honor the keepers of stories — the ones who pass down wisdom, hold memory, and carry meaning across generations. Designed to move with grace and intention.

The Steadfast Earrings

A gold ring anchored by a silver connector, these earrings represent quiet strength — the kind that grounds, supports, and endures. Lightweight yet striking, they’re a tribute to the people who hold us steady through life’s shifts.

The Mainstay Necklace

This necklace is a tribute to the ones we return to again and again — the grounding forces, the steady hearts. It’s a symbol of enduring support and the strength of showing up.

The Connector Bracelet

A bold composition of gold links joined by silver connectors, this bracelet was designed for the bridge-builders — the ones who bring people together, spark connection, and help us belong. A wearable symbol of relational strength.

We know times are uncertain and challenging — not just for us, but for so many in our communities. These pieces are an offering of hope, of gratitude, and of enduring connection. They’re meant to be worn and shared as a kind of armor, as talismans, as love notes.

Because in the end, it’s not just about jewelry. It’s about how we care for each other.

I’ll continue to be guided by my creativity as I push myself well outside of my comfort zone. Sometimes the best things happen in the discomfort of change and uncertainty. I’m so grateful that I can lean on my community and will do my absolute best to continue being a source of positivity and strength. In my heart I know…this too shall pass. I’m beyond grateful for your love and support of the work that we do - it’s my highest honor to share it with you.

With immense gratitude,

Colleen

Your Old Wedding Ring Is Raw Material Waiting for Reinvention

This Ring Now Holds a Piece of Her Family's History

One of the things I love most about Reconstruction is that every project begins with a conversation. Before we ever talk about design details, stone layouts, or metal choices, we usually spend time talking about people: parents, grandparents, marriages, children. The memories [...]
