CMD runs on woman power, and we’re all the stronger for it. We were delighted to spend the last few days at our New York Production Studio, all the way across the country from our San Francisco HQ. While we may span time zones, our common passions, worth ethics and respect for one another keep us closely tied together. Though Colleen grew up on the east coast, she’d only been to upstate New York once before this trip. Exploring the far northeastern side of the country (just as it’s starting to bloom!) was a wonderful treat.

This week also marks the five-year employee anniversary of Aryana, one of our original staff members. Ary has worked for CMD coast-to-coast and has been instrumental in getting the Ithaca location where it is today. We’re so proud to have had her onboard for the last five years!

Have you visited Ithaca in the spring? We’d love to hear about your favorite spots in the comments below.

I have lots of my own ideas and sometimes (strong) opinions about things I’ve learned along the way. It’s always so interesting and thrilling to hear other people’s perspectives, too. [...]
