I can’t believe I’m writing these words… but CMD officially turned TWENTY this year. Two full decades of making, learning, stacking, soldering, connecting, reinventing, and dreaming — all thanks to you. Whether you discovered CMD in San Francisco twenty years ago or stumbled upon us last week, you’re part of this story. And today, I’m thrilled to share something truly close to my heart:
This special anniversary release includes a small but mighty lineup of new designs that honor our journey so far — and the next chapter ahead. Inside the collection, you’ll find sculptural, clean-lined additions like The Big Two-Oh Bracelet, the Legacy Necklace, the Origin Hoops, and other new favorites that reflect the layers, growth, and evolution of CMD over the years
These pieces blend intention, geometry, craft, and connection — the cornerstones of CMD since day one. I designed them as a love letter to the people, places, and moments that shaped this brand over the last two decades.
I’ll be popping up with the full CMD setup — stacks, new arrivals, best-sellers, and our beloved Ring Bar — at the beautiful and cozy Lovelight Handmade this Saturday, December 6th. It’s the perfect time to build a Dream Stack and check out the entire collection in real life.
If you haven’t yet visited Lovelight, you’re in for a treat. Their handmade, curated space chock-full of ceramics and gifts is the dreamiest backdrop for a little sparkle therapy. Grab a friend and let’s have a little festive hang!
Launching The Big Two-Oh Collection feels like closing one chapter and opening another — a full-circle moment I’m so grateful to share with you. Thank you for the love, the loyalty, the stories, the stacks, and the support that brought CMD to this milestone year.
I hope you love these new pieces as much as we loved creating them. Our evolved CMD motto now says it best: metal is my medium and connection is my craft. I love you all so much!
